ROTC Probation

Is it possible to do NROTC while on probation? A year ago I had a run in with the law which resulted in 5 misdemeanors none which disqualify me. I am on a disposition program which upon completion will expunge my record. I am transferring to a school with NROTC this spring and would like to do the two-year NROTC program. I am in the ARD program in the state of PA, which is considered a pre-trial alternative. I am not certain but pretty sure that this is different from probation but very similar since I have to stay out of trouble and e-mail my officer once a month. It does however say that I will be placed under the supervision on the Adult probation and parole department. So I guess my question is can I do NROTC while on ARD?

You've asked this question before. And received opinions from several people. You need to take some initiative and contact the NROTC unit at the school to which you are transferring and talk to the CO. Now.
