Hey I'm a SNFO living in Snug Harbour. its 1 mile out the back gate. Great for you API types or SNFOs. The condo is great. We've got a view of the outdoor pool, the intercoastal waterway and dock from the balcony. Rent will be around $550 if I can get 2 roommates. If only one then it will be closer to $800. I've got most of the furniture in here. All you would really need is your own bed. If not you can rent from the property manager. It's a great place especially with summer time coming around.
