I've got a room opening up in my 2BR2Bath last week of December. Rent is $420 plus utilities; you'd be getting the smaller bedroom so it's a bit less than half of the rent on the place ($940/mo). Last month's internet and power bill was $76.

Search the forum, it's a very nice complex; fairly recently built.

Location is close to NASP - 15 minutes via front gate to MATSG or API, 15 minutes via back gate to Sherman Field. 20 minutes to downtown, about 30-35 to the UWF area depending how you drive

Dining and kitchen are fully furnished and equipped (washer/dryer included). Living room is a bit sparse but has all the essentials.

I have to laugh at your living room set-up ... enough money for a $2000 plasma TV, but you have folding camp chairs instead of a couch. I like your style.
