I'm an SNFO looking for a roommate at Austinwood Apartments 5 minutes outside the backgate of NAS Pensacola. My current roommate selected for EP-3s and will be moving to JAX in a few weeks. The apartment is a 2 bed/2 bath with walk-in closet, cable, wireless internet, washer/dryer, pool/spa, and available garage. The rent is $455 with utilites, its hard to beat the location if you're headed to CTW-6, less than 10 minutes from your bed to the ready room.
