I have a room(s) for rent in a 3B house in Pensacola that I'd like to rent. My roommate is moving (went E-2's) and I'll be around for at least 6 more months in Advanced at VT-86.
The house is nice, 3 bedroom, you'd get two of those to yourself, with your own bathroom. The house has a washer and dryer, parking in the driveway/garage, full kitchen, and a fenced back yard. It's currently owned by another NFO, who we pay rent to directly.
Rent would be 525 + utilities, about 100-125 a month including satellite, internet, and everything else. My current roommate is scheduled to leave at the end of March, but someone could conceivably move in earlier if you needed to.
