Looking to fill my room in Pensacola starting the beginning of May. 7775 Grundy St., about 5 minutes to the front gate, 10 minutes to the back gate, and about 20 minutes from downtown. Rent in $405/month not including cable/internet and utilities (those 3 together come out to less than $100/month on average). $100 security deposit. It's a month to month lease, landlord is great and prefers to rent to military, so you'll have no problem if you need to get out of the lease once you start primary. The room itself come furnished with a queen sized bed, desk and dresser. The house as a whole is fully furnished as well; couches, chairs, dishes, cook wear, washer and dryer, whole nine yards and has a fenced in back yard. The house is a 3/2, one roommate is about to finish up API and the other is about to start IFS so they can give you all the gouge you need. I will probably move out the last weekend of April, so if you would prefer to move in a few days before the 1st of May we should have no problem working that out.
