Room available in a 4 bedroom/2bathroom house less than 1 mile from the back gate! Yard, fireplace, washer/dryer, tile living room, open floor plan, wireless internet, etc... Roommate got switched from SNFO to SNA and is moving to Corpus this weekend. $495 including utilities.

I'll vouch for this being a pretty nice place as well as being convenient to the back gate (and no, I don't live there).
