I'll soon be moving out of Pensacola and leaving my room behind -- so, my landlord would like to pick someone up.

If you're familiar with Country Wood and Austin Wood, this is the same distance out the back gate, but much better for a variety of reasons.
- a condo, not a rental megaplex
- managed by the owner, former Navy pilot, who routinely offers to bring by beer (and does it)
- located on Gulf Beach Hwy, not Blue Angel (it's right on the water)
- plenty of parking (way better than those megaplexes)
- elevators
- Place is NEW. Granite counters, new appliances, clean, etc.
- gym room, indoor pool, outdoor pool, waterfront
- the view. pictures forthcoming.
It's a three bedroom place, shared with a couple of other students who will probably be here for two more paygrades before finishing flight school.
