My roommate is moving out and I am looking for a roommate or 2 to share a house on the island. It's a 3 bdr/ 2 bath on the canal. All the communal areas are furnished, hot tub outside. The master bedroom and an additional decent sized room will be open. Rent would be $500 with 3 people or $775 with 2 (i'm willing to work with the rent though, anything would help out).
