Any API or primary students looking for an awesome place to live near base and on the water this is the spot. only $600 The townhouse is 2br 3.5 bath with 3 separate decks (2 down, 1 on mstr) all appliances are good to go and we even have a washer/dryer in the garage. This place is "lived in" but by no means a dump. You seriously will become the go to person for all parties, guaranteed. the room available is an upstairs master bed room, although the 2 bed rooms are almost identical. It has a sizable balcony with a pretty sick water view. the beach behind the house is considered private and you can have bonfires house there or even drive out and tailgate. The townhouse is split into 4 units, ours being the far left unit in the pictures and the other 3 tenants are the coolest neighbors ever. lemme know if you're interested!
