I have one room available in a 3/2 waterfront condo. The place is called Snug Harbour and it's mins from the backgates of NAS PENSACOLA. It has a private beach, pier, outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, sauna, and fitness center. The room is available now and I'll have another room coming available in a month. The rent is $450 for the room available now and $500 for the other. We all 3 would split cable and power which normally doesn't exceed $80 total per person.
