Me=USMC NFO
Dave=Navy NFO
Chris=Navy pilot
Jaime=Navy pilot

Chris will be moving to Corpus around 12-14 Nov. This will be the spot coming available. Jaime will also be moving out at some point after that (prob mid December or so), but that room is already spoken for by a dude i went to college with who's another USMC NFO)

the landlord lives next door, and is prior Navy. he's really cool, relaxed, and informal, as long as you exercise some common sense.

it's like a 4 minute commute to the back gate of NAS. close to Perdido Key, Flora-Bama, and the infamous Keg Lounge. new house, dirt cheap (300 rent, ~130 utilities/cable/internet), fenced in backyard, garage, washer/dryer, garage, extra room where we keep stuff, etc.
