Navy/MC/AF/CG Studs - Primary or Advanced
I am trying to fill the second bedroom in my 2+2 apartment in Corpus. I am currently in Primary and am hoping to go P3s (i know im probably the only one) so I will be here for a while. My current roommate has selected helos and is headed out this week.
The apartment is at Alta Bayside, just off Ennis Joslin and SPID. It is in an awesome location, literally 5 minutes to the sqadrons, for both Primary and Advanced, using the back gate. Everyone has thier opinions, and a lot of people say to live on the island, but I have done both and prefer this location. There is really nothing on the island. It can take more than 20 minutes sometimes to get to the gate, and anytime you need anything that can be bought at a gas station or CVS you have to drive into town anyways. The apartment is also near anything else you may want to do, not that there is much in CC.
ALta ia probably the nicest complex in corpus. The apartment is a 2+2 with almost 1400 sqaure feet. The bedrooms are split by the living area and kitchen so there is no noise issues from within the apartment, and we have not had any issues with noise from outside. The room has its own attached full bath as well as a large walk in closet. Rent also includes a garage for storage or if you have a motorcycle or anything. The complex has a decent ppol, a pretty nice gym, and sand volleyball court. It also has covered carports if you are interested.
Rent is 525 plus utilities. The apartment is completely furnished with everything except furniture for the available bedroom. It also has a washer/dryer in unit. The complex is also pet friendly as I have a boxer.
