The place is professionally managed and has a fireplace, wireless internet, large backyard and electrified workshop/storage outbuilding. The bedrooms are about 10x12 with new carpet/paint and ceiling fans. Rent for 1 person would be $400/month + utilities and go down to $267/month + utilities with a 3rd roommate - a great place to bank some of your BAH with. Current SNFO; also open to short term arrangements for SNAs.
