Looks like the trial is underway. Will be Interesting to see the differences in portrayal amongst media sources.

Anyway, my hope is we don’t see more references to the supposed pervasiveness of white supremacist militia, despite lack of evidence, instead of references to the heinous and damning criminal pasts of the victims.

Yeah I’m sure he’ll get hit for whatever charge for illegally possessing the weapon. Shouldn’t even be on trial for murder.

The guy with the missing bicep was carrying his glock illegally as well. Gaige Grosskreutz was a felon in possession of a firearm. He admitted yesterday on the stand that he didn't get shot until he pointed his weapon at the accused. It's true that kid Kyle never should have been there especially in possession of a weapon. They were all breaking curfew so none of them should have been there. He'll get convicted of something but no way it should be murder.
