I am very glad to hear about this academic trend. My GPA is very low, BUT I ended my senior year with a 3.7 and 21 credits! It looks like I still have a last glimmer of hope.[8D]

I applied for SNA and Intel. Yes, I am a senior in college so I have all this year to adjust my grades and I am going to retake the ASTB as well I think. My recruiter said if I apply in december and then again if neccessary in june I will almost definately get in. She also suggested the Marines which I have been looking into. She couldn't give numbers b/c they are classified but she said that aviation slots this year are about 1/3 of what they have been in years past. Go figure, the year I apply, there are cutbacks. Yes, apparently they DO look at trends, therefore, my advice to all of you is if you are going to screw up in college do it in the beginning so they see an increasing academic trend.
