questions about officer communities

1) where could i go to find officer community requirements?
2) when they say doing something for 4 years after you complete at least 4 yearss what are they talking about?

What requirements are you looking for? Service requirements or information on specific MOSs?

4 years Active Duty, 4 years Inactive Ready Reserve...

Inactive Ready Reserve - no drills no other committments other than being able to be recalled if needed...
