Is the military commitment 4yrs active and 4yrs reserve for Marine officers?

Can you go straight to law school after TBS and become a JAG from ROTC or is that something you have transfer to later on?

Can you drop a flight contract at TBS still?

How important was drill at Bulldog OCS and did you drill with rifles or w/o rifles?

1) unless you have an air contract, yes

2) lawyers typically come from sources other than NROTC...PLC or OCC Law for example. They go to OCS, get commissioned, then go to law school. During law school their active duty time counts. But yes, years down the road after you are commissioned you can apply for different law programs.

3) yes

4) I think the actual drill eval was 1% of your overall score. However, when you are the cand plt sgt and have to move the plt from place to place, it helps to not look like a complete ass. Drill eval (and most drill) is done with rifles.
