Thanks for the reply. One other question I had is: If I enlist in the Marine Corps Reserve, how does the base selection process work? In other words, how do I put in for a specific base that I want to work at?

That's a great question for a Marine recruiter...

You'll have some say in where you go. It will depend on your MOS and then what the Marines need.
