I know pull-ups aren't part of the PRT, but what about PT? Marines love pull-ups, so I envision this being a favorite activity for DI's. My pull-ups are weak, so any suggestions on getting prepared would be appreciated.

Do a lot of push ups. If you have access to a gym use an assisted pull-up machine and use that until your arms fall off. Vary your workout with tricep dips and pyramids on a pull-up bar. Then lather, rinse and repeat.
