I don't know of any place in your area, but I do know there are several people on this board who have gone through with the surgery, and they could probably point you in the right direction as far as looking for a doctor. Have you searched google yet for eye surgeons in your area? PRK is serious stuff, so just make sure you research as much as you can about a potential doctor. I'm looking (pardon the pun) to have PRK done after PLC jrs this summer. Good luck with it.

Since you're in NE Ohio, you're not too far from Canada. I'm from Michigan and everyone who has eye surgery hops across the border to Windsor and gets it done for nearly half the price. I wish I had specific names of doctors for you but I don't. Since you're so close you should definately look into it though.
