Prior service question

For a prior service Air Force vet how much would EPRs (Enlisted Performance Report) weight in at the board?

Would they get looked at it at all? Or is it something I would have to submit for anyone to see? If I had one bad year but a two following years with high marks would they consider that a positive?

Short answer: It depends.

Longer answer: Depends on the board. A great question to ask your officer recruiter, know knows you more than anyone else here…

That's only one of the many things looked at in one package.
It depends on the designator, several designators don't dig that deep, quick look at GPA and degree or for aviation ASTB and they mostly pick from there, others such as Supply, CEC, or IWC will take a deeper dive if you make the initial cut.
