I have been hearing of nearly everyone going to Corpus Christi for Primary. Is this true for everyone? can you stay in pcola for primary? it would be nice to stay in one place for API and primary

Lately it has depended on what week not suggesting that there is a rotation or anything.... but 2 weeks ago "everybody" was going to Vance, Last week "everybody" was going to Milton, this week "everybody" is going to Corpus, except those with follow-on.
