I’m more amazed by the people who grabbed their beach chairs and left!I can't believe how close those bystanders on the bank were to dying. Geez.
You’ve got to be a special kind of asshole to post this.A really bad day for this YAK-52 Polish AF crew over the weekend- I see a lot of aileron movement but no pro spin recovery rudder/elevator. Neither pilot survived.
How so? Is it not noteworthy? You’ve got to be a special kind of asshole to post this.
That’s a little much. Someone posted this on YouTube- I think it’s horrendous- and speaks to the danger of flat spin /high aoa/stalled wing with yaw...You’ve got to be a special kind of asshole to post this.
Normally, yes. Unless something is wrong with the aircraft or the pilot then it's fairly predictable and repeatable- and mostly a question of altitude remaining. From an aerodynamic perspective, is this a situation that is recoverable based on the A/C type and spin profile that it was in?
