Hi Everyone,

As you know, I set up a site for Physical Conditioning, PRT Info. etc. at http://www.geocities.com/califchick1175/USN/physfitness.html

Well, I have a PRT this weekend for my reserve unit and went to look up the standards...how fast I swim, etc. I realized, I had the last standards posted.
