Looking at your profile, I'd recommend Marine Option NROTC. You can still get the air contract starting junior year, and Uncle Sam will pay for tuition. I got $85K of education for free (12 years ago that was real money). That's still better than getting 3 extra years of Pay Entry Base Date from PLC.
