Santa Rosa Sporting Clays up on Quintette Road in Pace. Should be in the phone book. It's a public range, has a 25 yrd pistol range, 100 yrd rifle range, and multiple shotgunning facilities. Last time I was in Pcola, it cost $6/day. They do sell ammo (at markup), they do not rent firearms.

Another is just Styx River Shooting Range in AL. It's the first exit down I-10 after crossing the state line. They are really cheap and have a 200 yd rifle range, which is the longest you can get locally in a public range. I don't have a number or anything but if you take the exit and make a right, then an immediate right again taking you back alongside the interstate, it's only about 1/4 mile up on your left.

I remember shooting at a fairly informal "Black Powder Club" - basically a clay pit in Cantonment. They had the most basic of open tin roofed structure for a little shelter/shade and that's about it. I used to head out there with my Charter Arms AR-7 .22 rifle, a case of .22 ammo from Walmart, and a cooler full of snacks and drinks and spend afternoons shooting at whatever was downrange at the time - pretty relaxing and fun stuff!
