performing graded item more than once per block?

In the fam flights, you are not necessarily required to perform each manuever for the block, but by the end of the block you need to make mif. My question is best asked by giving a scenerio. Is it better to the Turn Pattern every flight of the block and get straight 4's, or is it better to do it only once and get a 4 if the MIF is 3? Or is it the same? The difference is that at the end of the block you would have more above mifs if you did it each flight, but do they take into account whether or not you even tried it? Thanks

The short answer is you will do whatever manuevers your IP tells you to do, reguardless of what would be best for your NSS...Sit back and do what you are told, learn the stuff as soon as possible and move on...Primary is a ton of fun, once you feel better about flying...

To answer your question- as I understand it, the less Total Graded Items (TGI) you have, the better. That being said, your not going to have any control over which items the IP grades.
