I scored 6/7/7 on my test and think I can contribute some of that to this. I play some First Person Shooters and have this aim trainer. I was able to make a map that had a single target with a similar cross hair and invert the direction. It is almost exactly like the test other than mouse vs joystick. Just thought I would share as I really couldn't find anything to practice this section.
