Looking for one more roomie for our new 4bdrm/4bath on perdido key. It's an awesome house just across the street from the Purple Parrot and about a block and a half from the ocean. We'd prefer to have an SNFO, but are pretty flexible. Available to move in on April 22nd.. Rent is $410/month + utilities split four ways..
