I'm an Air Force F-15E WSO at RAF Lakenheath in the UK and I'm looking for
people to rent my house in Pensacola:

New 3 bedroom/2 bath 1640 sq ft house. It has a 2 car garage, central A/C,
and hot tub. The master bedroom has a private bath. New kitchen
appliances and fridge. Just out the back gate of NAS Pensacola, in Emerald
Shores subdivision. Awesome location!

Why?

Because it's in THE closest subdivision to the back gate--less than 2 minutes
to get there, which is important when the Blue Angels practice and Gulf Beach Hwy gets backed up for 25+ minutes.

Walmart is right down the road.

Also, perfect location for API study groups (central location) and ideal for SNFOs.

I've reduced the rent from $1150 (which I used to get) to now $995 /month in order to get it rented quickly!! Please email me asap if interested...

It always rents out fast and I always get tons of interest from people on airwarriors!!

The house is still available! Normally it rents within 1 month, so if you're looking for a place, now is your chance! You and one roomate will be able to cover the rent and utilities...normally there are only two housemates. Sometimes there are three.
