How important is this on my application for commission. For instance several of the jobs i was at have gone out of business and have no way of contacting them ( no phone number or physical address) how big of a deal is this?

I had a couple on my application and my security clearance that were like this. Mostly it was places that had either closed down or that none of the management had worked there when I did however many years before hand. Didnt seem to be any problem at all.

It's not...assuming it was an actual company with a name, just list it and say "out of business" or "no contact info" or whatever.

If you ever worked at a head shop that sells bongs, I would abstain from putting that down.
