I'd like to know why a US Marine was stopping an Israeli tank. I assume you mean US Marine, since when you capitalize Marine, it normally means... US Marine. Honestly, tell this story.

It was around 1980 in Beirut before the embasy bombing. The Israelis were driving up to a check point to go kill some terrorsts (too bad they were stopped but that was the mission) and the Marines went to stop them and they stopped but swung the gun aroud the Marine Captain jumped on the tank and leveled his pistol at the tank commander and ordered him ot turn back. The TOW missile vehicels behind him helped but it made for a great picture and story.
Huge Brass Ball. I will try and find the picture it was in Time or Newsweek.
