This has been asked, many many many times before. Make your way to the "Stupid Questions About OCS" thread to search and ultimately find your answer.

Also, the official Navy OCS page has a checklist which tells how how many pairs of shoes are recommended. For future reference, please search before asking. More than likely it's been asked by someone else before.
