Packing fro OCS?

I am starting to gather all my stuff for OCS and I was hoping to get a little insight on what I might be able to take... I have the standard list from my rec, but any other suggestions would be great.

Are you guys taking running shoes or cross trainers?

I'm not going until Sept. But I would definitely take running shoes. If we are going to have to be running as much as I think we are, the less weight and more support the better.
