Although all NROTC units have different requirements...what are the AVERAGE req? GPA, volunteer, athletics etc.

I personally am looking at a two year / non sholarship program so if anyone can give me those too that would be great.
 
There are no reqs to do the non scholarship program. Are you wanting to be a Naval Officer? If so you will need to get picked up for a scholarship or advanced standing before you graduate, which means above a 3.0 (college) and good phyiscal fitness.
