Hmmm so basically I have one question. Will applying for from another serivice i.e. Army National Guard for OCS after college hurt your chances? do boards look down at other branches when applying for OCS? or is this a non-factor?

It is looked on as honorable service and if you have done well there it will help you, if you are a dirt bag there it will hurt you. Interservice rivalry is pretty much all in fun at msot levels.
