Officer positions opening up

I'm not sure if you guys have been watching the news the last couple of days, but today. President Bush signed a congressional resolution today authorizing him to go to war to disarm Iraq. Do you think that if we go to war with Iraq that they would open up more officer positions?

Probably not right away...as long as we aren't losing too badly, if you catch what I mean. The problem is all the O-4 selects that didn't get out, therefore putting more bodies into the system than they thought would be there. Now Bupers has to scale everything around that.
