OCS waiting period for SNA

Talked to a petty officer at Bupers that is handling pretty much all of the SNA applicants. He said that right now the wait to go to OCS is about 9 months, if you are not in BDCP, and out of college. Just thought I would pass that along. Let me know if you know have recently gotten your OCS date as a SNA out of college.

Well, if you are going to be waiting for a long time, (1) enjoy the free time and play as much golf and go to the beach as possible!, and (2) I hope they dont get the crazy idea to start sending you guys out to the boat while you are waiting.....
