-PT in the morning. Sometimes augmented by inspections.
-Classes all day. You are really there to get the first 6 naval science courses.
-Evenings off.
-Nothing like like boot camp, the Company Commanders are really helpfull but mostly stay out of the way.
-Also there is some drill thrown in there somewhere, but I really can't remember where.

I went through in Feb 06. It wasn't very difficult, nothing like boot camp at all. The first 2 weeks or so, the chiefs kinda get in your face, but nothing serious. After that you are pretty much on your own.
Typical Day:
0530 Reveille/Morning Prep
0530 Breakfast (M, W, F)
0600 Breakfast (T, Th)
0630 Company PT (M, W, F)
0640 Company Muster (T, Th)
0730 Academic Classes (T, Th)
0830 Academic Classes (M, W, F)
1130 Lunch
1230 Academic Classes (M-F)
1530 Extra Instruction (M-Th)
1715 Dinner
1800 Study Period
2200 Officer Candidate personal time
You will do PT at a prescribed time by the CPO's.

It isn't anything like enlisted boot camp. Things may have changed since I went through NSI (Sept-Nov '03), but the standard schedule was:
M-W-F:
0600 PT
0700 Breakfast
0800 Classes (combat sys, eng, seapower)
1200 Lunch
1300 more classes (cs, eng, seapower)
1500 free time
T-TH
0700 classes (nav 1 and 2)
1200 lunch
1300 classes (nav 1 and 2)
1500 free time
Like I said, it's been a few years, so your mileage may vary. Remember that in the beginning your "free time" may be spent doing things like stripping/waxing decks or whatever else your company chief wants you to do.
