I use Nike Shox for running shoes and they are great! Can I bring them to use at Marine OCS considering they are not the most conventional shoe?

Can you run 3 miles in 18 minutes in them? Or at least in less than 24 minutes in them?

I believe the instructors may be more concerned with your run time than your run fashion.

Yeah, that's what I meant. They're great for running. I wasn't sure if you had to have a standardized color of shoe like they do at basic.

No standardization, however, sticking out with a sore thumb is not advisable.

Plenty of guys at OCS last summer had shox, you'll be fine.
