Roomate wanted for a 4 bedroom house in Milton. Rent includes 2 rooms (usually used as a bedroom and an office) and own bathroom. Bedroom furnished if needed. House is fully furnished with a big screen HD tv in the family room and washer/dryer laundry. There is limited storage in the garage (along with a beer fridge). Located 10 minutes from Whiting Field. No pets or smoking. Utilities would run about $150-200/month and include cable (have all movie, on demand and HD channels), and broadband for a total of $600-650.

So if you're new to the military and flight school and you don't have a house full of stuff yet, this is a great deal. Pretty much like the BOQ but a lot more privacy, room and freedom (cheaper too).
