On the bright side, If i get accepted at the next board (late october i heard) then i'll have 7+ months to get that 300 pft.

Also known as a "Glute-Ham" machine. Though it works your lower back, it also works the hamstrings and, well, your bum.

man I got my pft crunches up to 100 within 2 weeks max. I did 25-25-25-25-25. 125 reps in total each time. everytime i could do a set without struggling I would move it up to 50-25-25-25, and so on. eventually 100 is a piece of cake and its just points in the bag.
