NAS Pensacola room(s) for rent

My two roommates are moving out soon to go to Corpus, and I'll be staying here for NFO training. When they move out, I will have two rooms available, $400/ea + utilities. I don't have a definite date of when they'll be moving out, but it won't be for the next six weeks at least (i.e. not before 25OCT). I'm just trying to see who's interested now, so I don't get caught unprepared when they move out. I'd like to have NFO's as roommates so I don't have to look for new ones every 4 months, but if worse comes to worse I'd be willing to consider other options.

Literally 2 minutes from back gate.
Waterfront condo, with private dock and pool.
3bed, 2 bath, full kitchen, balcony, fully furnished!!!
2 car covered parking, with uncovered space for a third car.
10 minutes from Perdido Key beaches
25 minutes from downtown Pensacola.
Great location, Great place, Amazing deal.
