Male or Female roomate wanted. We are 3 Marine male NFO's living 10 min from backgate NAS Pensacola and have a 4th room available. House was built 10 years ago. Room dimensions are 11.5x11. Should be noted the room is lavender but we will paint it to a color you like before you move in. Rent is $285 plus utilities run around $120-160 (cost more for AC in the summer). I have the master bedroom so I take $75 off the rents of the other roomates (hence the rent being kinda low). No need to sign a lease so you can move in for as long as needed and leave without giving a deposit. House Details: 1 Living room, 1 Dining room, 1 room we use for video games/ chart making/ studying, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. 1 of the bathrooms is attached to the Master bedroom. kitchen area has attached eating area we have yet to put a breakfast table in. 2 car garage that houses right now 1 car and a motorcycle. Neighborhood is a housing development across from an elementary school and about 5 miles from backgate of base. Also house is 5 min from beach.
