You would be living with an ENS in primary (VT-10) and a YUT awaiting API.

The 3br/2.5ba house is 15 minutes from the back gate, less than 5 minutes from the Perdido Key beaches, and on the 15th hole of Perdido Bay Golf Course.

The house is furnished well. There's a big HDTV, two-car garage, large Florida room, etc. You will not need any furniture. The soon-to-be-vacant room is $425/mo. Its a good, quiet neighborhood and you can play the course for $29 including a cart.

Bump. This is an awesome house. I've been in Pensacola for just over a year, and I prefer this house to most of my buddies places.
