What is another word for theaurus?
My wife and I are heading to Pensacola and Eglin this summer. I'm headed to Schools Command (Rescue Swimmer School / Aircrew School inst) and she is headed to Eglin. We are planning on living in Navarre. Looking for a 3 or 4 BDRM, at least 2 bath, 2 car garage, and be allowed to have our two dogs. One dog weights 45lbs and the other is a puppy, but will be around 55-60lbs when full grown.

Looking to rent for now, then buy in about a year. Navarre is where we were planning on living, but any advice, leads, or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Not too familiar with Navarre, Holly By The Sea, that's nice...seems like big lots...there are some areas within it that are more expensive than others. When we went looking around there we saw lots of kids, some military... Sorry, that's the only subdivision I know down there.

I helped a buddy move into Holly By The Sea about a year ago. He got a VERY nice place for the money there. Good schools as well if that is a factor for you.

For the price of HBS, you can live on the water?

I read your post and perhaps I can help. I don't rent to pet owners (sorry - even though I do have pets myself). I have newly renovated home on the water in Gulf Breeze that can be bought right. I converted it to a seasonal rental this year (easier to keep up vs. long term rental). Take a look at my website and call if you want to look at it and talk $$$. I am happy renting it for now, but if you are serious about buying, this could be a great deal for you.
I also drove past Eglin for two years to Santa Rosa beach for my EMS gig. The house I have would be a little closer to P'cola, but still drivable to Eglin. The school districts here are the best along with Navarre.
