I'm moving into my brand new 3 bed\2bath single story with a 3 car garage, big screen plasma, fully furnished, and backyard hot tub home on November 5th. I'm looking for a roommate since I just lost mine to the East Coast. It's in a quiet neighborhood next to a bunch of other fleet nugget pilots so, good company, fun, and gouge. I chose this location in Hanford since it's only 2 miles North of the mall and all the shopping, restaurants, and bars yet only 20 minutes from the Grangeville flight-line gate. Perfect compromise. Oh, if you've heard about the nasty Hanford "egg" water, don't worry - I bought an in-house water filtration/softener so you can even wash your car without water spots.
Considering the price of local apartments (~$1k/month) and the fact I'm running a hot tub, rent in my fully furnished home is a reasonable $600/month with split utilities. BAH is $1016 I believe. It's up to you what cable channel package we get since I'm good with anything.
