Looking for another person rent out the spare room in our townhouse. The room is 12x12, the house is 1700 sqft, fully furnished, 2.5 bathrooms, tile and carpet floors, screened in patio. The development in located in Bartram Park, off old st. augustine road, very convenient to I-95, 20 min to downtown exits/ the beach, and under 15 to NAS Jax, 30 min to NS Mayport. We are two young professionals, mid twenties, military officer and a lawyer, looking for someone from a similar back ground, (medical field, police/fire, teacher etc). We generally have conflicting or busy work schedules and are almost never home at the same time, the house is usually very quiet and always very clean.
