Anyone whose been to the Larue website to buy a mount has seen a picture of a soldier named Bob Horrigan. www.laruetactical.com Bob was unequaled in his community and his loss was a serious blow to many.
This post didnt quite seem to fit anywhere but the FIREARMS section as he and his brother have made some of the finest clay tempered knives in the world and Bob's input on design and function affect most of Larue's mount concepts.
Recently PBS aired a documentary on Bob, mostly focusing on his family and their loss.
PBS not being a hot bed of warriors stories, I have written them commending the show in hopes of encouraging them to explore more programing of the like.
If you own a Larue mount you may find the video interesting.
Or you may find the moment to send an email off as I did.
